Mr. Brendan Torazzi: Chief Executive Office/Director – Account Management. Brendan has 17 years experience delivering services to government. At the age of 20 he started a translation agency called Global Village Translations that serviced local, state and federal government clients. In the mid-1990’

Brendan pioneered a number innovative e-tools to speed up efficiency and delivery. Brendan brings to AlertForce extensive start up and business operations experience along with a real love of education. He is currently undertaking a post-graduate Masters of Business and Technology (MBT) degree at the University of NSW (Distinction 2011).

Mr. Michael McManus: Director. Mike has over 30 years’experience setting up, managing and growing successful service delivery businesses in the industrial/workplace relations/ OH&S industries. He established what rapidly became the dominant privately owned corporate downsizing consultancy in Australia, providing online, large group and one2one mentoring and restructuring solutions to numerous, across-sector clients including: Telstra, Pacific Power, Departments of Housing, Juvenile Justice, Education, and Health. Mike is a widely recognised professional in the areas of workforce re-skilling, accreditation and career mobility.

Ms. Yuki Motwani: Office manager. Yuki manages AlertForce on a day-to-day basis and duties include liaision with customers and students alike. She is a thorough and in depth knowledge of the AlertForce e-commerce and learning management training systems.

Mr. Mark Focus: E-learning manager. Mark has extensive expertise in the educational domain both from a technical and a business perspective. He has been involved in the implementation and customisation of LMS’s and has consulted with state and national bodies on learning metadata standards. He has in-depth knowledge of standards such as SCORM, IMS, metadata and content packaging.

Mr. David Ghossain: IT Manager. Nine years experience working in the education sector building learning management systems and has played a key role developing systems for the Government and also in the private sector. David has a wealth of experience in implementing open source and propriety learning and content management systems in large organisations.

Mr. Bill Henman: Training Director. Bill is the training director of the AlertForce/College of Warehousing joint venture partnership (NTIS 1623) designed to deliver accredited fatigue management training to industry. From July 2008 to date, the partnership, with Bill at the training helm, has been responsible for delivering over 3800 manager, supervisor and employee accredited fatigue management training certifications required under the new national Chain of Responsibility legislation. As training director, Bill has been responsible for corporate and employee training for Toll Group, Coca-Cola, Coles, Bunnings, The Good Guys, Hunter Douglas, Rio Tinto, Cadbury Schweppes, Mitsubishi, Nestlé and Department of Defence. He is the NSW president of the Supply Chain and Logistics Association and in this capacity he works towards developing the profile and education of supply

Mr. Brett Wilkins-Byrd: Technical course & policies writer. Brett brings to AlertForce many years experience as a technical course writer. He is a specialist in the areas of First Aid, OH&S, Risk Management, Fatigue Management, Drug and Alcohol, Ready for Work, Work Procedure and Process Training Materials. He is expert in unpacking units of competency and development of quality support materials as well as the review of existing support materials for compliance with AQTF Standards. Brett has served the Victorian Police Licensing Services as well as provided advice and consultancy services in the Paramedical and Emergency Medical Fields.

Mr. Stephen Dowling: Cultural Change and Safety Leadership Expert. AlertForce consultant. Stephen has worked for 25 years with executive teams to rapidly improve organisational performance in complex and often heavily unionised organizations. Stephen uses practical proven methods to help Boards, Executive teams, HSE, HR Teams and senior line managers integrate service quality, HSE, IR, HR and overcome the impediments of change. Stephen’
